Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are effective from 1 November 2008 until further notice.

These terms and conditions apply to orders made on the Lily's Kitchen website or verbally. These terms and conditions do not apply to Lily's Kitchen products purchased from a reseller or distributor.

Dispatch & Delivery

Lily's Kitchen will process your order within one working day of receipt. A shipment will usually take up to four working days for arrival.

In the unlikely event that any of the products are not in stock, delivery may be delayed. We will certainly keep you informed via email of the progress of your order and offer you a partial shipment.

We only deliver within the United Kingdom. We do not deliver to Channel Islands. For international shipments, please contact Lily's Kitchen's customer service on 0845 680 5459.

Postage & Packaging

Within the United Kingdom, if the total order value is £20 or more, postage and packing is free. If the total order value is less than £20 we will charge an additional shipping fee of £5.

Should delivery be undertaken in several stages for technical or logistic reasons, shipping costs will only be applied once.

Returns Policy

At Lily's Kitchen we want you and your pet to be delighted with our products.

If for any reason you want to return a product please email returns@lilyskitchen.co.uk

If upon receiving your order, you or your pet is not satisfied for any reason, please return your order to us at:

As long as the order is returned to us in its original condition within seven days of the delivery date, we will reimburse you for the full value of the order.

This returns policy does not effect your statutory rights.

Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts will apply to this agreement.
